GENERAL RATES / POLICIES
From $230.00 to $475.00 per night
(High Season Rates apply to special events and holidays.) We
usually prefer a five night minimum. If there is a situation where
the unit is available for less we will accept shorter stays so please
inquire! Ask about our special long-term rates.
A 50% deposit is due at time of verbal reservation with balance
due 45 days prior to arrival. Confirmed reservations are binding.
If canceled within 45 days, a refund will be issued if we are able to
rebook, less a 10% administration fee.
